Nashville's own Kris Kristofferson, Joy Willams, Gavin DeGraw, J.D. Souther, and Allen Shamblin were among the talents teaming up Thursday night in Los Angeles for the 16th Annual GRAMMY Foundation Legacy Concert.
Bonnie Raitt, Paul Williams, Dan Wilson, Skylar Grey and John Rzeznik also took the stage on Thursday, and so did Nashville-made trio Maybe April - read more about them here.
The Recording Academy says the annual concert, formerly known as the "Music Preservation Project," promotes their "mission of recognizing and preserving our musical past, so that future generations can continue to benefit from an appreciation and understanding of those contributions."
